It sounds like you were fortunate enough to get a bid as a junior last year and if you were really interested in getting as much out of a "sorority experience" in college as possible, you would have taken advantage of that opportunity.

Honestly, it sounds to me like you aren't really looking for sisterhood, involvement, etc., but that you just want to "be" an "XYZ".

But hey, good luck anyway.
