Poor Zoe. I have seen other chapters behave in this way. Not really "hazing" per se, but treating the new members like they haven't "earned the older members' respect yet". I hate to see members behave this way. I hope she finds a great home, and it sounds like your chapter can offer that to everyone!! Good luck, and I love hearing your story!
