I really don't have too much of a preference as long as it's something that he put a lot of thought into. The only thing that I do want is for it to be either white gold or platinum. I HATE yellow gold. I've always loved the rings that had an antique look to them, but I really can care less.

Amen to that! My boyfriend and I just had this discussion. I want whatever he get's me white/ yellow gold, platinum, a rubber band...well not a rubberband b/c my dad will knock him upside his head hehehe.
