The only way to protect your questions is not to violate the community guidelines. Try not to rant or offend anyone in particular. Get your CAPS LOCK fixed. That is annoying. Blocking people who you p*ss off does no good. They can report your questions even if you are blocked. Yahoo might give a higher level a little more leeway. But it's only a matter of time for an account to be deleted if the person insists on being offensive.
