If I were you, I'd focus on getting another alumna to do your rec. Maybe, just maybe, she's stalling for a reason.
Yup. That's what I thought too.
If the sorority is so huge that her member number IS required on the form, then they should have enough people working at their HQ that this was something that she could have found out with one phone call that took 5 minutes.
I'm not sure if it's about you or about her....but find someone else.
