The worst part of hiding his experience was disagreeing with one of the panelists who pointed out the flaws of their "effort". You should be confident and stand by your work, but telling Capricorn that his team "smashed" the task was ignorantly cocky.
The backpedaling later was hilarious. First, you have YEARS of advertising experience. Now, you're arse is on the chopping block, and suddenly you're "just an assistant". I'm glad dude is gone.
Be real: would the show be as fun without Kim? Except I don't appreciate her making fun of Laverne crying. But maybe Kim can do that because she's already cried twice.
