My parents are of the OLD SKOOL where kneegrows need to get their hurr processed... So of course where I work, folks are rather clueless. Anyhow, the women kinna get it because I have them thinking it's like a "spa day" kinda thing where you get color--my hair is rather long and ultimately thick...
So if I get my hurr all hooked up, I got my co-workers saying--oh, so your parents must be coming into town.
At least I get the female co-workers cover me saying I have a "Doctor's appointment"--most of my bosses have been male so they just don't want to ask...
The last place I worked, I had a gay guy covering for me, that helped alot... I don't like Saturday appointments, too many kids jumping all over the place.
