But let me clarify some things...

I didn't mean to sound like you should just try to have the guy kicked out, or disaffiliate if things don't work out your way.

This guy is your brother so he should be able to see where you're coming from and respect you and your wishes. So I'd also suggest to talk to him again, sternly, and make sure he gets the point. If he STILL doesn't, then try the advice I originally posted.
