That is an assinine statement!

I don't know how many times I was almost struck by dumb asses with lights going but they did not see them or a waving 5 cell flash light waving to warn drivers.

People do not pull to the left next lane, they just keep driving like in a fog.

A friend of mine on the KC Ks. Department was killed and it is hard to take.

All one ahs to do ios see Police Cars video cams to see Officers struck by cars and either killed are paralyzed.

The same thing goes for road crews or anyone else working on our highways!
