Why in the world are you starting a new school in the Fall only to transfer again in the Spring? Are you insane?
First of all, don't "plan" on anything. Recruitment is a mutual selection. You liking the sorority before you even meet them does not necessarily mean they'll give you a bid for membership. Read GreekChat. Keep an open mind and don't put all your hopes on just one sorority.
Second, if you initiated into an NPC sorority (Kappa Kappa Gamma and Kappa Alpha Theta are members of the NPC) then you are forbidden from being initiated in another.
Don't rush this Fall. If you're absolutely certain you're transferring, do yourself a favor and wait til the Spring.
