Regardless i gave him an opportunity to tell his pledge brothers that weekend and the chapter. So i remained silent and after the weekend...nothing he didnt say a word about it. So at meeting i explained the situation to the chapter, we discussed it and decided that our chapter would be better off without him pledging. It was hard telling this kid he couldn't pledge anymore but the president and i sat him down and politely asked for his pin back. i still feel the chapter made a good choice.
