This is the most inane thing I have ever seen and should be outlawed asap.
Since this is done by a father in Carthage, Mo. in the SW part of the state, I hope the morons in Jefferson City, the capitol will enact a law against it.
The bodies of these children are not formed good enough to withstand the possible harms that can occur.
