This note is to inform you that your lack of participation in the community has been rather noticeable of late, and it does not meet the expectations we hold for a senior member. We understand that everyone is busy and has other demands on their time, however, the rest of the community manages to find ways to blow off work and ignore their families in order to fulfill their obligations here. While you may think one member's lack of participation may be unnoticeable, there are situations where every little bit of snark is needed, and that's when your missing contribution is especially apparent.
