Wash your va-jay-jay with plain water and a very gentle cleanser if you feel like you need to, per my midwife. She said to use Purpose cleanser or Dove sensitive skin. She told me to stay away from douching altogether if I could help it. And go commando at night whenever possible, she needs to breathe.
I NEVER douche and I always try to sleep with just loose pajama pants on, no undies. Baths don't cause UTIs, you're right, but they allow bacteria to flow more freely into the urethra and that can cause a UTI, baths can indirectly contribute to an infection.

And I love that you used va-jay-jay
