We do Delta's Only sisterhood events from time to time. They can range from anything like bonding/ emotional events like the one discussed above to just having fun with girls.
Another example of bonding event was a bit of a show and tell session. Every girl brought one thing that means a lot to them (for instance, I brought a picture of my baby nephew) and then they shared with the rest of the house what that thing is and why it means so much to them. You end up learning a whole lot you never knew about the other girls.
As for just fun with the girls nights... we've done things ranging from bowling to movies to scavenger hunts.
