Delta's Only
 

I was wondering if any other chapters had sisterhood nights called "Delta's Only" and if so...does anyone know any good sisterhood bonding activities or crafts?

We had "Delta's Only" and the only one I can remember was during my pledge period. We were talking about what we were thankful for (I think). I made everyone cry. At the time, my mother was dying and my new sisters were a very, very big and unexpected (as we were in our Alpha week) support. I will try to think of some more and post.

We do Delta's Only sisterhood events from time to time. They can range from anything like bonding/ emotional events like the one discussed above to just having fun with girls.

Another example of bonding event was a bit of a show and tell session. Every girl brought one thing that means a lot to them (for instance, I brought a picture of my baby nephew) and then they shared with the rest of the house what that thing is and why it means so much to them. You end up learning a whole lot you never knew about the other girls.

As for just fun with the girls nights... we've done things ranging from bowling to movies to scavenger hunts.

We have Delta's Only nights and they're usually just fun little things. Two that come to mind are a movie night we had and a yoga night.

We have varying events for our Delta's Only events. One of my favorites was called McDreamy And McFlurry night. Grey's Anatomy is very popular with girls in our chapter, so we had a Grey's night in the chapter room, and our house mother made us "McFlurries". It was a great evening. Other activities we have done in the past: a spa night with a Mary Kay or Avon lady, roller skating, bowling, and aerobics classes.
