Off topic...
But I just got off the phone with a woman who inquired about an event I'm putting together. We chatted for a bit, and I mentioned that my sorority chapter often holds meetings/events in the dining room of her place of employment. She asked about my sorority and then she said she's an AOII from Elon from "many moons ago" (she didn't even sound old!).
I literally just read this thread and I told her that her chapter has 38 new members. She couldn't believe it. I told her about GC and she wanted me to let you girls know how proud she is of you and that she sends her aloha all the way from Hawai'i.
Congrats to AOII and all Elon sororities!

One of my little's little sisters is a new Sigma  She is ridiculously excited! Sigma at Elon has been doing amazing things the past few years. They should be very proud.

We are really spoiled at Elon--all of our groups have amazing things they bring to the table and you really can't go wrong with what group you choose! I love our greek system.

Elon is just a good looking school. When we went to look at it my mother blurted out during my tour "I swear we are in the middle of a jcrew catalogue". It's in the water!
GymnastA - Don't worry SK got one of our favs too AND um, can we mention that you all took one of our in-houses, but we're not bitter.....
BTW - I was there for Sat & Sun, and had so much freaking fun!

When I went through rush at Elon about five years ago, my Rho Chi was definitely wearing a pink boa at recruitment orientation. It was a dead giveaway that she was a Phi Mu
