Also - Game Night - play Bunco,or Trivial Pursuit, or Pictionary, or Cranium - you get the idea.
We did game night at my chapter, and we made nametags for that night by cutting out a white square, and then hole punching red/blue/yellow/green paper and glueing the circles to the white square to make a "Twister" board. It took awhile, but they were very cute.
