Like I said above...it's not a question of anyone "deserving" anything, or if girls carry condoms they're sluts, or if guys carry them they're sluts. IT IS A PUBLIC HEALTH ISSUE. AIDS does not have a cure...the spread of it affects many more people than just the people who have the disease.
