I'll be voting for Paul in the primary, but only because I know he'll lose.

Yes, some of his policies do scare the bejeezus out of me.

On the other hand, I like his core principles: Being a strict constructionist in terms of construing governmental powers granted by the Constitution, state powers (I want the states to be stronger), libertarianism in general, etc. I figure the larger the minority is which votes for Paul, the more attention those sorts of ideas will be given in the general election.
