When I was in school, the mascot was Greek. I don't know if I could ever imagine Brutus Buckeye wearing his letters. It just wouldn't work with the big buckeye head.
BTW....Brutus always wears a rugby shirt in the school's colors.

The actual costumed mascot at WIU never wore letters, but the statue of the mascot sitting outside the stadium sure did. He usually got them about Midnight on Saturday.
