There are a LOT of Sorors (deltas) and AKAs in Chicago! Actually one our largest Alum chapters is the Chicago Alum chapter over 600 members
(and just think that is ACTIVE sorors, not including inactive sorors, and undergrad chapters in Chicago) And I never realized how many sorors were from Chicago, until we had our National Convention in Chi-Town Summer of 2000!!!! Come to think of it, AKA and Delta may have a TIE in Chicago They(DST/AKA) are EVERYWHERE!!!
Not only that, but everytime I come home to Chicago from school, I am ALWAYS seeing different programs, and events sponsored or hosted by Alpha Kappa Alpha ________Chapter, or Delta Sigma Theta ____chapter!!!!
I don't see too many SGrhos, and I may bump into a Zeta every now and then
I am ALWAYS seeing Alphas (especially driving to work, I see the para on there cars)
Kappas are all over the Windy City as well, and so are the Omegas.
Don't see too may Sigmas, I don't remember ever seeing a Beta or an Iota!!!
