very true...i was sicker with the vitamin than without. my ob suggested i take flinstones and a folic acid supplement. it worked wonders...i just started back in the past few weeks taking the prenatals again.

I actually took the Viactiv chocolate chews...they have enough folic acid in them without the extra supplement.
