My lawsuit story...
Driving home on the Merritt Parkway (no street lights- just that of the other cars) a deer stood in my path. I swerved to avoid the deer and my car went out of control. I hit the side rail. A car following me slammed into me and then into another car.
Both car owners sued me. Because I did not hit the deer and have proof of the dead deer- I had no case. In fact, I got a ticket for illegal lane change.
The kicker is one of the guys who sued me is Elmo from Seaseme Street.
I now hate Elmo!
