I'll make one up... She and her sister joined Alpha Gam, went to the same law school and graduated with honors and started their own law firm of Twin and Twin. They represent beauty queens, valedictorians and ski enthusiasts who have been wrongly cut from the sorority system because of their multiple legacy status.

And they all lived happily ever after in matching next-door mansions, married twin football players and gave birth to identical twin daughters of their own.

Oh and they always give to the Foundation.

Your version is probably about as factual, but without the obviously pretentious self-promotion and ornate us of stereotypes, not nearly as much fun to read. But I do thank you for attempting to bring me "closure."

(That Alpha Gam would give them bids seems less plausible even than sequined pantyhose being a good choice for first round.)

HAHAHAHA!

I love this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe it's because I'm a twin, I dunno.

But, twins do aspire to date/fall in love with/marry another set of twins.

Me and my sister used to talk about it all the time.

And, she's an Alpha Gam. How funny.

I have friends who are twins, and they did just that. Unfortunately, none of them wanted children. I thought they owed it to science to reproduce!

In their defense, it was the second marriage for all involved, so maybe it's just as well.

i think that recruitment's retro story is going to be a part of greek chat history. years from now we will still be talking about it or making references to it. someone will mention identical twins or beauty queens or cross dressing cowgirl pnms and we will all start laughing.

You'd be surprised as to what some of us GC old-timers still laugh about 6 years later.

The twins graciously allowed her to become their servant and she is now their paralegal. Just for kicks, she cleans their house. She doesn't do it for the money, of course, but she is just hoping that if she can prove how truly indispensible she is, they'll give her a pair of their coveted letters.

I'm kidding that I'm really upset about it, but I'll admit I enjoyed reading that thread and was interested in how she was going to bring all THAT to some sort of end.

It was sort of like a really horrible soap opera which was spectacular and riveting in its excessiveness.

And Carnation turned it off fifteen minutes before the end of the series finale.

And hey, ADPiUCF, don't you worry, Bulldog tissues are available for my recruitment thread related crying needs.

Actually, I don't really have them (or a Bulldog pillow which was an excellent image, nice work on that), but I'm sure UGA tissues exist and that they are probably top sellers. It frightens me sometimes to think of the fan that really buys all that stuff and puts it in one red and black room used almost exclusively for watching UGA athletic competitions. Those fans are out there and there are hundreds of thousands of them apparently.

I never understood the whole sorority tissues thing. I love my letters - but to blow my nose with? Nope - I'll pass
