We did one time, but we had been planning to use chairs and ending up not doing it because our returns were so high and we didn't have room for everyone to sit in chairs in the room for the skit. I don't think the sitting on the floor happens a lot, but I know that I had to at two chapters when I went through recruitment... don't know if that was planned or if it was the same thing that happened for my chapter that one year.
