The next day was a quiet period between Pref Night and Bid Day. I swear the silence made time pass more slowly! By late afternoon, I was sitting alone in my room (I had a rather bizarre roommate who thankfully left for the weekend) counting the minutes. Our Gamma Chis were over fifteen minutes late!
