Sweet. Seriously. Dude.

These words should be obliterated. And the literally/figuratively convo from earlier is right on... funny stuff.

That is a violation of the TOS.

Use the Search function.

That is a violation of copyright law.

(these are usually said by about the same, maybe, 3 or 4 people)...take a hint, just throwing it out there.

I cannot stand the use of "gay" as a synonym for "stupid". I teach high school English and hear it all day long. Not in my own classroom though; I send kids to the office for saying it!

This and "retarded" make me cringe. There are so many other words in the English language. If something is stupid, lame, boring, useless, waste of time, etc. then call it stupid, lame, boring, useless, waste of time, etc.

I know I overuse a lot of the words mentioned: "oh my god", "like", "so", "awesome", "freaking", and "whatever". I also overuse "cool", "ok", and "blah blah blah".

We're agreeing on too much lately!

I'm adding -

CAPITAL, BOLD FONTS!

Most of us are perfectly capable of reading a message without the screaming.

And "disrespect".

I don't know HC...

As many times as people bold, italicized, underlined, caplitalized and huge font-ed the word NO in the joining an NPC and an NPHC sorority thread, we still got BUT, BUT, BUT....

This is a real easy one to fix.

Stop violating the TOS, use search and obey the law.

Fugly.

I saw that on a billboard for a car near downtown the other day...somebody else must have thought it was tasteless...it was changed the next time I drove by.

We used this word in the late 80s in HS. So it's a pretty old phrase.

To add to the list-
"I am so needing..."
"I am liking..."

Just say "I need" or "I like".

Or, from my husband from the south (of which I cured the use of this phrase: "I am fixin to..."
