TMZ has learned that Paris Hilton has not only had her sentence cut short, she is already out of jail!
Unimpeachable sources tell TMZ the deal was sealed yesterday, and that Hilton made her exit early early this morning.
She was originally sentenced to 45 days in jail, but that was reduced to 23. She served a total of three days.
The L.A. County Sheriff's Department will hold a news conference in an hour to discuss what went down.
Stay tuned.

TMZ had said either alte last night/super early this morning (or was it Perez Hilton? I don't remember) that the deal had been off.

No, the story I posted came from TMZ this morning at 9 and it's all over all the other news channels now as well. And Perez Hilton is confirming it as well. And again LA county is talking about it in now 11minutes... (I'm watching the news at work and they're doing a countdown.  )

LA sheriff's dept has confirmed. She has been released to her attorney and will be confined to her home for 40 days.

They say it has something to do with medical issues. It obviously can't be anything serious since she's home, not the hospital.
They actually gave her five days credit for being in jail really only three days. Yep, that hour or so on Sunday counted for a day, and this morning counted as a day, too.
