Paris released from jail...
 
So after just 3 days Paris was released from jail. The police are giving a statement as to why at 10 a.m., but seriously you've GOT to be kidding me... :rolleyes:

TMZ has learned that Paris Hilton has not only had her sentence cut short, she is already out of jail!

Unimpeachable sources tell TMZ the deal was sealed yesterday, and that Hilton made her exit early early this morning.

She was originally sentenced to 45 days in jail, but that was reduced to 23. She served a total of three days.

The L.A. County Sheriff's Department will hold a news conference in an hour to discuss what went down.

TMZ had said either alte last night/super early this morning (or was it Perez Hilton? I don't remember) that the deal had been off.

No, the story I posted came from TMZ this morning at 9 and it's all over all the other news channels now as well. And Perez Hilton is confirming it as well. And again LA county is talking about it in now 11minutes... (I'm watching the news at work and they're doing a countdown. :p)

LA sheriff's dept has confirmed. She has been released to her attorney and will be confined to her home for 40 days.

They say it has something to do with medical issues. It obviously can't be anything serious since she's home, not the hospital.

They actually gave her five days credit for being in jail really only three days. Yep, that hour or so on Sunday counted for a day, and this morning counted as a day, too.

Honestly I am surprised she was in there as long as that.

Money will buy your way out of things in our society... I know people who have done less than her and have sat in jail longer.

paris couldnt even stick out a 3 week sentence? good lord, she has made me lose all faith, not in the justice system (cause thats already been shot to hell) but in her because I BELIEVED HER when she said she was ready to learn from her mistakes!

she's making wayne brady look like 50 cent right now - cause any street cred she couldve gained for time in the slamma she threw out the window.

Omigosh, they are saying she got out for getting a rash. What in the world. A rash!? One of her family members speculates that is is HIVES of all things.

Rumor now is that she's doing an exclusive interview with Barbara Walters about it.
