I can't believe that anyone thinks $21 can buy anything of any nutritional value! wow.

As for the surgeon who posted- Monet, what kind of medicine do you practice? (I mean obviously surgery).

But what kind?

To the lady who has servants and sunbathes.....why would you post on a topic like this?
