Kevin, the original post contained the entire two page article. That's why I posted what I did. It's obvious the OP edited his post so that only an excerpt remained and that's what you see above. I wouldn't have replied to this thread if the OP left the excerpt to begin with.
Hooray for you that you're putting your moderating powers to use, but I figured that
John's rules regarding the posting of articles supersedes everything else.
