Sigh - read while you can now, and during early infancy. Mine are 3 and 2, and I'm still having a difficult time finding a lot of time for recreational reading. (If I'm going to read a novel, I need to read large chunks at a time to really get into the story - in fact, once I get going, I've been known to read a novel in one sitting. No time for that now! I'm lucky if I can finish a couple of magazine articles...
)
But, its all worth the tradeoff...someday, I'll have all the time in the world to read, and I'll miss the active toddler years.
