I don't think one more article, in Cosmo no less, will affect the lawsuit. Could all the negative (rightly deserved IMO) press affect the national sorority? Possibly, but in 10 years I don't think anyone will remember the details of the situation, particularly not the currently 8 year olds who would be rushing that year.
