We don't really have rivalries here at University of Houston. There's nine fraternities and we're cool with one, Phi Kappa Theta, but they're small and are off campus. Sigma Nu lives across the street and everyone else lives in townhomes in Bayou Oaks apartments, "Greek Park." We don't have any real problems with anyone but Sigma Chi. They live next door to us and try and start fights with random people who walk by, they're just d*cks.

Our rivals here are Kappa Sig, who happen to be the only other big national frat in New Paltz. They're not recognized by campus, we are. We make atleast a grand at every party we throw, they make probably $300 on a good night. We get all the girls, they don't. You do the math, its definately a jealousy issue. All they do is talk trash and hide behind their computer screens, but when they get approached in the bar by our guys, they're always really quick to apologize. They also havent beaten us in intramural anything since the invention of the wheel.

At St. John's (Theta Sigma) we don't really get along with many fraternities but winning 11 greek weeks in a row, getting all the girls, throwing the best parties, making the most cash, over all being a huge force on campus and more importantly, having the closest bond out of any other fraternity on or off campus makes us a good Fraternity to be hated by others...but fuck em Sororities love us
