campus rivalry
 

is there a rivalry between your chapter and one or more other fraternities on your campus? if so, who's the rivalry with and why?

At UT it was SAE they had some problems with TKE in the 1980's and they never forgot it

I go to SIUC and we have a lot of rivals. We just refounded last year and we are already the biggest on campus. A lot of others don't like that we are taking their thunder

Baylor we dont really have rivalries, but dont like SAE and Fiji...SAE is gettin kicked off campus due to a racial party they through which pissed off NAACP..and Fiji's are juss barbie guys who dress up for anything and juss deserve a hit or two

@ long beach...we have a lot of issues because we currently aren't on campus...but within the last year...we done better as an organization and many fraternities think it is do to " unethic" rush events. We actually fall all the rules...but the fraternities that don't like us @ allo our Theta Chi and Phi Kappa Tau because of recruitment. SAE and Sig pi tend to not like us do to social rep

At Rio it seems that the guys here are always fighting w/a local called Archon...it gets annoying.

well... on Alma college's campus there are like 5 frats total ( yeah, i know its a small school). thus because theres only 5 frats... things get round quick. and furthermroe, we have HUGE rivalries.
i really dont like 3 of the frats. the one i hate the most is the Sigma Chi chapter or as we like to call them "the chodes" cause: 1)they take anybody and everbody
2) They "claim" they dont "haze" but they really do
3) pompus pricks with small dicks
4) theyre always on the good side w/ the college and kiss their ass so they can have the most parties ( yeah at our school we have a set limit of "open" parties which is retarted!) and so they throw the parties and the girls go over there instead of coming to our house!!!!! ( including my ex girlfriend... even tho i dont talk to her i still get jelous i guess)
5) THEY ARE BACK STABBERS!!! everyone in the frat is clicky and htey hate other people in their frat... no love is showed. For example, all the seniors hate their pledge class and alot didnt attend their initiations. furthermore, i heard a rumor that one kid was charged with rape and a brother turned him in jsut cause he drank his beer... what a tool.

and the other frat that we dont like at all is the SAE or what we call the gams ( before they went national they were Delta, Gamma Mu) and they're massive tools

the funny thing is that all the other frats hate each other but they love TKE. Its the weirdest shit ever. seriously, i really dont like those guys, paint the lions all the time, etc. but they NEVER think its us. weird huh

im a brother in Pi Beta at bloomsburg, pa...our biggest rivalry is with ATO, mainly because their chapter was formed by 6 TKE D-bags in the 80's, secondly becuase we f--- their girlfriends

Since Transfering to Kent State from Toledo SAE hates us here too now Phi Tau or what we call Phi Tool hates us they lost there house last semester so we took it over and they have a problem with us

We don't really have rivalries here at University of Houston. There's nine fraternities and we're cool with one, Phi Kappa Theta, but they're small and are off campus. Sigma Nu lives across the street and everyone else lives in townhomes in Bayou Oaks apartments, "Greek Park." We don't have any real problems with anyone but Sigma Chi. They live next door to us and try and start fights with random people who walk by, they're just d*cks.

Our rivals here are Kappa Sig, who happen to be the only other big national frat in New Paltz. They're not recognized by campus, we are. We make atleast a grand at every party we throw, they make probably $300 on a good night. We get all the girls, they don't. You do the math, its definately a jealousy issue. All they do is talk trash and hide behind their computer screens, but when they get approached in the bar by our guys, they're always really quick to apologize. They also havent beaten us in intramural anything since the invention of the wheel.

At St. John's (Theta Sigma) we don't really get along with many fraternities but winning 11 greek weeks in a row, getting all the girls, throwing the best parties, making the most cash, over all being a huge force on campus and more importantly, having the closest bond out of any other fraternity on or off campus makes us a good Fraternity to be hated by others...but fuck em Sororities love us
