A couple of fun ones, depending on the group:

* Have everyone introduce themselves, and tell about the most famous person they've ever met or come within ten feet of.

* Introduce yourself by the name of your first pet and the street you lived on as a child. (Yes I know this is the same as "What's your porn star name?") Sparky Elm and Misty Morninghill always get laughs.
