Not sure. To be honest, I went last year and didn't necessarily recognize anyone who was in the Congressional Black Caucus. I'll go again this year.
PS: You know Harold Ford, Jr., is not frat? His father was though.

I'll be there. I have been going for the last 4 years and have always had a wonderful time, learning a lot. The parties/celebrations aren't bad either.
