Are you speaking of the SK's at the University of Arizona? If so, you're right. They've been promising a new house for the last several years. I suspect construction will begin sooner than later, since they've began the other project in the same parking lot across from Gamma Phi. I definitely agree that we are a mixed bunch. BUT...I would like to say that we indeed made quota this past year.
