Sigma Kappa left IU in the mid 90's so I dont know any....wish you guys would recolonize here!

Sigma Kappa's at WSU are great! Very down to earth and caring. I've head that it seems to run from campus to campus that we are seen as down to earth and friendly almost everywhere. I'm so glad you chose Sigma Kappa, I know you'll enjoy having all those wonderful women as your siters!

at my last school (bgsu in ohio) the sigma kappas lived next door to us (alpha gams) and for the ones that i knew they were pretty sweet girls. kinda quiet and small (chapter size) but nice girls. and we don't have any on my new campus (apsu)

Sigma Kappa here is awesome!!! Some say they are stuck up, because they did so well last rush. But whatever. When I was sad one day one of them gave me a hug. :) A bunch of girls from my dorm last year went SK and a few still want to, who haven't rushed yet. I'd say they are hotties, but the hotties you'd take home to mom, if that makes since. Plus, I kind of used to have a little crush on one of them. ;)

There are no Sigma Kappas at Duke, but there's a chapter at NC State, and they're great girls.

Sigma Kappa isn't doing too well at ASU. Its sad cause some of them are really nice but its been really hard for them to even get near quota.
|
I am a little biased, but I think the Sigma Ks at Arizona State are fantastic. :) The chapter is a very sincere and classy group. You can find more on this topic on the Sigma Kappa message board.

The Sigma Kappa's at UA are the lower middle. They never make quota and have the highest drop out rate of the sororities on campus. They're supposed to be getting a new house on greek row but they've been saying that forever and construction has yet to start. They're a random assortment of girls but they all seem to be pretty nice. A girl from my hall from my freshman year went Sigma Kappa and I love her so they've got to be alright. Although a girl that I have serious issues with is also Sigma Kappa so they have both types of girl.....

The Sigma Kappas at my school are a great group. The women I worked with through Panhel were very down to earth, friendly, good and kind-hearted people. :)

Are you speaking of the SK's at the University of Arizona? If so, you're right. They've been promising a new house for the last several years. I suspect construction will begin sooner than later, since they've began the other project in the same parking lot across from Gamma Phi. I definitely agree that we are a mixed bunch. BUT...I would like to say that we indeed made quota this past year.:D Greek Love, shopgirl Do you still attend UA? Which GLO do you belong to? |
We don't have Sigma Kappa here but I have a friend who's a Sigma K at UGA and loves it. From what I've seen, their chapter is a lot of fun, filled with cute, involved girls!
|
I can't honestly say much good about them here, so I will just say that they have gotten pretty large over the last 2 years... and I'll leave it at that. :)

Yep I do. I am a sophomore here at the U and a member of Alpha Chi Omega. I was under the impression that you came very close to quota but not quite....I know that you did have a fabulous recruitment with lots of great girls though. My friends cousin is one and she's super sweet. I have never met a Sigma Kappa that I didn't like, my PX was one and I loved her. (There is an exception to every rule and there is still that girl who I have issues with...) |
We don't have SK but one of my friends was one before she transfered to OSU. She really misses it.
