I wasn't going to hate Mel because what he said was so over the top, that he just proved to the world that he is a nut job. Rudey, you had to remind me about that beard. I hate him now, but only because of that beard.

I think we all say things that we don't want getting out when we're drunk. Now, I don't think I'd ever go on an anti-semetic rant, but who knows. My problem is that his bac was .12. Give me a break, theres no excuse for going off the deep end with a bush league bac like .12.

My problem is that there is obviously a lack of law and order. He was in Malibu and stopped by LAPD? I wouldn't have stopped at all.

Actually he was stopped by LA County Sherriff's department which have jurisdiction over all of...ready for it...LA county 
ETA: Malibu is located within LA County jurisdiction

Can you really even say he was drunk with a BAC of .12? I mean, thats barely over the legal limit. Thats like 4 or 5 drinks.

This whole thing with Mel Gibson just makes me think of how he was portrayed in that Southpark episode.... were they right afterall?

I guess they're showing pictures/video from the party he was at. He's apparently severely messed up. I'd question if alcohol was the only thing he had in his blood OR if he didn't blow the breathalyzer til he got to the station... and sobered up a LOT

Oh, and ladies and gentlemen, never do any roadside DUI tests including a breath test.
