I can't tell you how frustrated I get with the "lost" thing. I have spent several hours this summer trying to find some of the lost members on our strip list. Every time we do a mailing, it seems like we get a handful of invitations back that are not deliverable. The same seems to be true of our email addresses too!
In this case, it really is a shame since we can't contact the owner about her badge.
