I can't do this!! I will not do this. I will not count calories but I will eat sensibly. I will not work myself out until I am exhausted but I will excercise moderately on a daily basis.
I finally saw the movie Phat Girls and it really made me think. I worry about my weight because I don't want to consider myself as a plus-size. I am somewhat borderline depending where I shop, meaning a 14 is too large and a 12 sometimes fits tighter than I desire. I am learning to just be comfortable with me. I know that I may never be a 10 again but I will certainly accept the size that I am now. And that aint such a bad thing.
