Blossom isn't in every episode. But when he's on the show he's a member of Jack's fraternity, Sigma Ep. He's the one that they told the pledges that if they guess the name of, then they get some kind of reward or honor. Little do they know it's something as unusual as Blossom! I just thought it was pretty cool that the guy who plays him is a Kappa Sig at my school..near DC.
