That would be good advice for some, but for others it's not so easy scraping together the extra money to pay dues. I know for one that unforseen circumstances can come up that cause people to have to be responsible adults and decide what they're going to spend their money on that month - dues or rent, dues or insurance, dues or new car breaks...
