One of my best friends got pregnant during the summer between HS and college. This chick is from a Good Family, was class valedictorian, and excelled at EVERYTHING.
She decided to stay home and commute to school (instead of going out of state). She is hands-down THE BEST mother i know... her child is fabulously well adjusted, smart, articulate, and ADORABLE. This chick is on it: she is actively involved in the kids school & other activities (cub scouts, judo, etc), she just purchased her SECOND home, and is graduating with a Master's degree this weekend.
