Great responses everyone... I believe in fraternal solidarity in the workplace as well, but there is a limit. I have yet to find a limit to it though because I've never been pushed too far. All of my brothers are in the realm of education the older ones mentored me and I in turn mentor others. And like Lady of Pearl mentioned, we kinda hold ourselves to a higher standard than anyone else. My mentor pushes me above and beyond his expectations of me.
