Fraternal/ Sorority Solidarity in the Workplace?

Yes, I would maintain that solidarity in the workplace. Some people perceive that I somehow may have an in with my supervisor who is also a Soror, but that is just not the case. She advises me and provides a standard to which I adhere to so I wouldn't jeopardize her- or my own professional reputation on the job. One can only lean on the shield so to speak- only so much- I wouldn't take a fall for anyone, and hope that I could assist that Soror in whatever way I can.
