I always believed in Santa Clause until I was about 10 years old and me and my brother who was 15 at the time set a booby trap for Santa. Basically it involved us rigging up the living room floor with strings and ropes and when we heard Santa we would start yanking (as we looked through the railing of the stairs). We were a little late pulling bc I got my head stuck in between the railing but after I got out, I heard my dad crash down on the floor yelling "What the *ell, and some other misc curse words" Then my mom whispering at my dad loudly to hush or he would wake us up. So to make a long story short, we got home from the emergency room where dad only broke his ankle and got a lecture about how my dad was one of Santas helpers. That was the year I got one of thosed funky wall clocks that looked like a giant watch.
