I believed in Santa till I was about 4, then caught my parents putting presents under the tree xmas eve. Caught my dad having one of the cookies I laid out for the fat , red jolly bastard, so at least they were trying to humor me. But, I knew it was all a sham. I didn;t even get to bed until early the next morning cause I was so upset, my mom had to rock me to sleep. it's funny, I can't even tell ya what I did for xmas 3 or 4 years ago, but I remember that one vividly. I guess things like that stick out in childhood. Not really sure how I'll approach it with my kids, but I know one thing. if I choose to lie to em, my ass will be in a santa suit at the time!
